How fast can you build it?
Fast, without cutting corners. After a short discovery call, once we have your content, you'll see a homepage design within about 48 hours. From there, a Launch site is typically live in around 7 days, Horizon in about 10, and a full store in about 14. We hold to the timeline we give you.
Do I actually own my website?
Yes. Buy your site outright and the code, content, and domain are yours from launch day. On our Orbit plan, your domain and content are always yours, and the site itself becomes yours after 12 months, or sooner with a prorated buyout. No proprietary platform, and you're free to host it anywhere and edit it yourself.
Do you use templates?
Sometimes, when it's the right call. Some projects are fully custom; others launch faster on a proven foundation that we then tailor completely. Either way, every layout, color, and word is chosen for your brand. Nothing gets left at defaults, and the finished site won't look like your competitor's down the street. It looks like you, and only you.
What does it cost to keep the site running after launch?
Very little, and we're upfront about it. The only real costs are third-party: a domain runs about $15–20 a year, hosting is often free, and SSL is included. There's nothing you owe us to keep the site live. If you'd rather not touch it, our optional Care Plan ($79/mo, or $790/yr) covers updates, security, backups, and up to an hour of edits a month, but it's never required.
Can I use AI to build my website?
Yes. AI tools can put a basic site on screen in minutes, and for a placeholder or a side project that can be enough. The catch is everything after the first draft. The writing tends to sound like everyone else’s, and details like your hours, service area, and licensing still need you to check them line by line, because AI can get them wrong. The things that actually bring in customers, like loading fast on a phone, showing up in local search, working with screen readers, and staying secure, don’t come automatically just because a page looks finished. And you become the person who maintains it. If you have the time and enjoy that, go for it. If you’d rather spend those hours running your business, that’s what we’re here for.
